Join others in a demonstration exploring the method and mindset behind making the best drinks with Watson Fitts, our resident mixologist and bartender at the Fearrington House Restaurant. Enjoy the company of other libation-loving individuals as you learn the ways of mixology over hors d’oeuvres and, obviously, cocktails!
And Sheri Castle will lead everyone in the creation of appetizers that are perfect for the season. Enjoy the best of food and beverage in this end-of-year culinary and libation celebration.

This 2.5 hour combination of hands-on and demonstration is $125 per person. Participants will create appetizers with Sheri, enjoy Watson’s creations, and have a little cocktail party of their own! The class includes hors d’oeurves, drink samples, tax, and gratuity.
The class will be held in The Cottage, our brand new creative studio space and teaching kitchen.
