I’m not a traditional caterer, but I love preparing food for small gatherings, such as dinner parties, workplace gatherings, team building, business meetings, and celebrations, such as birthdays and anniversaries. I tell some stories, describe the menu, and share a few of my signature tips and hints. I create a custom event that’s just right for your interests, and guest list. I can come to your home, event space, or location of your choice.

Most clients prefer my lively, informative demo classes where guests watch me prepare the food while we chat. I encourage questions to ensure that everyone goes home confident that they can prepare the recipes. Some clients prefer a hands-on class where I teach them (and perhaps some of the guests) a specific cooking technique or recipe. I can also do a little of both.
